Except for the waiting period (45 minutes) which I presume is because I am a new patient, I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Vides, she is a very competent dentist. I like the fact that she herself does the cleaning when she could very well evaluate the general condition of the teeths before giving the final part of the cleaning to her assistant who herself is such a nice, competent and happy person. I enjoyed my visit.

She's a good Dentist but the office itself is chaotic and the wait is ridiculous.

Incredibly unprofessional. Frequently late, or just did not show up for my appointment time. And now the crown she put in need to be replaced after only a year and a half because it is ill fitting and a cavity formed underneath.

I would never recommend anyone to go to this practice! Ever! I walked into a dingy waiting room and signed in and was then directed to the back to wait. I waited for about 30 minutes before anyone looked even remotely close to wanting to help. When I realized that wouldn't happen, I flagged someone down to tell them I was there for an appointment and waited another 45 minutes before I was brought into a room and asked for my insurance. At that point I took a look around the room and noticed all of the yellowing equipment, rusting sink and cabinets, and patient's personal files that were simply laid out for anyone to access. I think it took about 30 seconds after sitting down before realizing this could possibly be the biggest mistake to be seen by a doctor at this practice. (I went in to have a consultation to remove my wisdom teeth.)
