Good visit for me and my son. We both had cleaning and a check up and on a later visit he had sealants put on. Everything went very smoothly and she did a great job explaining all the steps to him. Very short wait, everything was clean and up to date.

Her approach to dentistry with her patients is rare. Both herself an her associate worked as a team to make my procedure go smoothly. I appreciated her explanation of what to expect each step of the process to erase any anxiety or discomfort during my visit. I can truthfully say I experienced an extensive oral treatment free from pain due to her professional expertise. I was very impressed with the professional and polite treatment on my first visit with Dr. Rappaccioli. She has the most up to date equipment for her patients. The environment is clean, organized and efficiently run by all of her associates. The name Sawgrass Gentle dentist is appropriate. I am exceptionally pleased with my appointment and look forward to her gentle care as my primary dentist provider. The gift package of preventive care with toothbrush, tooth paste, floss and lip balm is a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Overall it was a great experience. Short wait time, got my teeth cleaned and exam done just how I expected. I have not been to a dentist in some time, I was expecting my teeth to be worse than I had imagined. I still had issues but nothing that can't be fixed. The doctor was friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Coty seems amazing, this was my first appointment, but I will tell you I need extensive work, and she explained everything so it was easy to understand. They only take 1 appointment at a time, which is awesome, as you are right in. Her office manager is super helpful with payments and all that fun stuff.

I just moved to the area and hadn't yet found a dentist.
I got the worst toothache of my life and my jaw was swollen. I made an appointment with Dr Rappaccioli on ZocDoc.
She diagnosed the problem quickly and recommended an Oral Surgeon to do a root canal.
It was Friday at 12:00pm, I was checking out and being handed a referral slip to a specialist. The check-out person(I wish I remember her name), took one look at me and called the specialist directly, explained the emergency and insisted they see me the same day.
A lot of times it is all about the dentist, but the team that supports the dentist is so important, they are the people that interact with customers.
I think I have found my dentist.

The office is a bit tricky to find, the entrance is on the right side of the building. Everything else was wonderful. The office is beautiful and clean. This was my first visit to the office, and when I walked in I was greeted as if I had been to the office 1000 times before. Both staff & doctor are absolutely great and walk you through everything, would definitely recommend!
