Dr. Horner grew up in Littleton. After graduating from Littleton High School he attended the Colorado School of Mines graduating with a degree in petroleum. After working for two years for Tenneco Oil Company, Dr. Horner decided to make a career change to dentistry and spent the next four years at Creighton Dental School and two more years of postgraduate study in orthodontics at the University of Minnesota. Since completing his orthodontic training Dr. Horner has been in private practice in Littleton specializing in orthodontics.
Dr. Horner is married and has three grown children and six grandchildren. His hobbies are golf and fishing and spending time at his second home in Costa Rica.
