The doctor was running behind due to an emergency but the office staff was AMAZING! they communicated the delay to me upon check in, and kept me updated. The office manager Maria is fantastic!!! She watched and played with my daughter while I got my new patient exam. Kristen the Hygienist was gentle but through and the sweetest!!! I loved Dr. Sender he was very on point and his bedside manner was great! His MA was just as wonderful. My experience is one I will share!!!

Dr. Snyder graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences, then attended the Georgetown University Dental School. Since graduating dental school in 1983, he has practiced in the Baltimore area for the past 28 years.
Selected as one of America's Top Dentists in 2004-2005, Dr. Snyder enhances his expertise with several continuing education courses every year. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Osseointegration, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS).
A lifelong exercise and fitness fiend, Dr. Snyder has recently switched from running marathons to a Crossfit training regimen. He and his wife Kathleen live in Baltimore, and have two grown children.

For personal reasons, I had to have a lot of work done in one day. I sat in my chair for 6 hours....however it felt like 2. DR SNYDER and his staff were amazing, always asking if I was ok, or if I needed a break. It looks like Dr Snyder hand picked his staff to perfection. they are all friendly, happy, and always smiling. I am very happy with their services and highly recommend them.

Dr Snyder is knowledgeable and believes that dental work should not include pain. I am very picky about dentists and I am thrilled to have found Dr, Snyder. Also, the other staff in his practice are great. I highly recommend him.

The office is just what you look for in a dental office; clean, well lit, inviting, and genuinely courteous staff. The dentist is thorough and proactive. This is not a money hungry dental office.

Dr. Snyder's clinical skills are the best I have ever experienced. I am currently under his care for a complicated dental issue. The issue had me going from dentist to dentist until I found a dentist who is a master of the art/science of dentistry. The office/support staff is beyond comparison. The only challenging thing about having him treat my current problem is that he does not take United Concordia dental insurance. This problem makes my treatment very expensive. I can only hope he decides to accept U.C. in the future. Otherwise, for standard dental issues I will have to go to just the average dentist. I cannot recommend him highly enough for people who have insurance he accepts and/or for people who have a complex issue that an average dentist cannot handle. He sets the bar for quality dental care.

Dr. Kelly (Franz) is amazing. She put me at great ease when I was her patient in the chair. Not only did I wait less than 1 minute for her to come in and see me, but she was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I have already recommended her to a few co-workers. Best dental experience I've had to date; and trust me, I've had plenty!

Great to see that there is friendly customer service still out there.
This was the very first time that I have every been greeted at a dental office with a handshake and 'Nice to Meet You' from the 'check-in' staff. WOW! Great first impression!
Tremendous customer service from check-in, to prep all the way through the procedure. The dental assistant and dentist were extremely pleasant and very thorough with what would be happening and comforting me along the way.
While they are 'out of network' unfortunately I will most definitely pay the higher cost for this quality of service...Thank you Judy and everyone at Towson Dental Care!
