The office entry way is very welcoming, as are the front desk ladies. The before & after photos showing the versatility of Dr. Cheek is displayed on a monitor, quietly instilling confidence with each smile making the owner feel confident and proud. The office is run without drama, and the work and accessibility to the latest technology makes the long drawn out process of getting a crown & getting a crown a thing of the past; start to completion the crowns are finished same day one appt. only. I love the excellence at which Dr. Cheek and her staff conduct and their practice. Not the cheapest but worth the results - every time. =) R.G

Dr. Cheek grew up in Clarkesville, a small town in Northeast Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA, and her DMD degree from the Medical College of Georgia, graduating first in her class. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Cheek is a member of the prestigious Hinman Dental Society and has been awarded membership into the honor dental society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. She has extensive post-graduate training in Occlusion and Temporomandibular Disorders through the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study as well as training in sleep disordered breathing and CAD/CAM restorative dentistry. Dr. Cheek has participated in numerous dental study clubs including the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Seattle Study Club, and local implant study groups. She has been chosen to be a member of the ASIRD (American Society of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry,) a group of dentists that are hand selected by the top oral surgeons in the country as their chosen reconstructive dental partners. Dr. Cheek is one of only a few such dentists in Georgia. She was also selected by AroundAbout Walton magazine readers as the "Best Family Dentist" in East Cobb for 8 years in a row!
Dr. Cheek, her husband, Ron, and their 3 children reside in Roswell and are members of North Point Community Church where she and Ron are small group leaders.

I have been a patient of Cheek Dental since 2002. From my first visit I can tell you there was total trust and confidence in their professionalism. Dr. Cheek and her staff have seen me through fillings and caps with great preventative care in between. One story, I must tell, demonstrates her loyalty, kindness, and professionalism. In 2008, I fell, face first, onto a bed of boulders surrounding a pond. Among other injuries, my two front teeth were reduced to stubs. Unbeknownst to me, the emergency room doctor called her and explained the situation. That evening, which was a Sunday, she opened her office to me. Everything was evaluated, including my jaw line, etc. I was in shock, but knew I had the right person with a plan to put me back together. Nine years later no one would ever guess my two front teeth are caps, spectacular job.

I have always been one who hated going to the dentist. I would always procrastinate and have an excuse. I had horrible teeth and I would never smile. One day I had a broken tooth and could not put it off any longer. Dr. Cheek was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can see why! She is an amazing dentist who cares for each of her patients to the fullest. She pays attention to every detail and is a perfectionist which is a benefit to her patients. She is the first dentist that ever gave me hope for a beautiful smile. The entire staff at Cheek Dental have always been professional and treated me like a family member which took away many of my fears. Dr. Cheek and her staff went beyond my expectations and now I can smile with confidence. Thank you for truly caring about your patients!

The office of Dr. Cristi Cheek has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience even for someone like me who is a bit on the skittish side even getting teeth cleaned. The front desk was very friendly, wait time minimal, my hygienist, Cathy, was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Cheek herself is very professional and friendly. I could tell right away she was a perfectionist and had high standards for the rest of her team. It is nice to have found a dental practice where I feel comfortable. Thank you!

Every visit with Dr. Cheek's office is a great experience. I (along with my children) have been clients of Dr. Cheek for over 15 years. They give excellent attention to our care and genuinely interested in our lives. Everyone is so friendly and it's always very warm atmosphere.
