She had an attitude in the beginning when asked a question. Her office is very shabby and small and I felt like I should just look for another dentist to go to. I was surprised by the office presentation and I was nervous about getting work done for the first time after seeing the office and how everything was crammed.

Very excellent environment . Dr. Mateo explained everything to me in a way I can understand. Very clean , no bad smells , very pleasant place. Dr. Mateo answered all of my concerns with patience and kindness. I was very comfortable there and didn't get nervous for once in my life when visiting the dental office.

The dentist I saw at this office was excellent. However, his name is probably not Cristina. If you are looking for a friendly, efficient, professional dentist then by all means make an appointment with this office, which may or may not be shared with a dentist named Cristina.

I'm sorry but she does not do a proper cleaning. I have been to enough dentists to know what a good cleaning consist of and that was not it. She barely did anything, just some polish. I was better off just brushing my teeth and flossing on my own then going there that day.
