Received very good dental hygiene service and excellent installation of dental implant. The office staff is very professional and friendly. I like the fact that Dr. Raff always is on pace with modern equipment and techniques.

Always satisfied with visits to Dr. Raff... Staff is friendly and efficient. His patient rooms are comfortable, with most up-to-date equipment and technology (love the screen with cartoons & dental care hints above the chair to entertain me). Great dental hygienists.

Dr. Raff has always been heavily involved in volunteerism. In addition to the volunteer dentistry he provides, and kindergarten screenings for the Department of Public Health, was a Trustee for the California Dental Association, and for the San Francisco Dental Society has served in executive positions from secretary to President, and served on bylaws, finance, programs, web site, governance, and ethics committees.
He spends most of his time outside of practice following the sports of his two daughters, as well as pursuing his interests in information technology, woodworking, building (anything), and music and movie trivia.

Dr Raff did great work on a root canal and cavity that I had done so highly recommend him for his actual work, however, he was incredibly pushy for more procedures. The root canal wiped out my insurance and I made sure to tell him anything else for the year was coming out-of-pocket and yet he still pushed for thousands in more procedures such as more cavities and a custom mouth piece. I then received a call every few weeks for the rest of the year to come back in for them.
