My 4-year old son’s visit to see Dr. Cooper was his fourth dental visit, but first visit to a dental clinic that accepts adult patients. I must say that although Dr. Cooper’s office doesn’t specialize in pediatrics, the visit was my son’s most pleasant experience because Dr. Cooper was very engaging and my son was very responsive by listening to his requests during the consultation. It generally takes a while for my son to warm up to new people and he is not particularly fond of doctors (AT ALL) because he doesn’t like shots. Mothers are always happy when their children receive the best care and I appreciated Dr. Cooper’s recommendation for my son’s oral health during this visit.

I have been a patron of the Greenway Center Dentistry Office for over 2 years.
So far all my experiences have been good.
The only recommendation i would suggest is to contact patients prior to re-scheduling them.
This year alone my appointments have been pushed back 3 times 2 of which we re-scheduled at a different times unbeknownst to me.
I think scheduling an re-scheduling appointments are areas in which can be improved.
Otherwise, the services, professionalism, politeness and cleanliness of the center are all great.

My visit was awesome Dr. Cooper was amazing he took special care and time for the big baby who was afraid to have work done on her teeth.

First of all honor is due to the front desk staff here. It is RARE to go into a medical office and deal with kind and COMPETENT supporting staff. These ladies are on POINT, I can trust the accuracy of the information that they share with me and I don't have to second guess everything they say and do. Secondly, the techs/assistants/dental hygienist (sorry not sure their titles) but they are also stellar! My teeth cleanings are always as pleasant as can be expected and they are super friendly and give a lot of good research based information. Last but certainly not least there is Dr. Cooper...I have a long dental history of jacked up teeth and horror stories about dentists and oral surgeons (a couple of stories that probably should've ended in lawsuits but I digress...) annyyywhooo...I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my dentist and suffer from anxiety when dealing with them. However, Dr. Cooper is A-ONE! He helped me to feel calm and comfortable (even with no anxiety meds). Also, he is not the type of doctor to pressure you into procedures, he listened to my history and we came up with a plan to improve my dental health as I can afford to do so.
Overall, I have been so incredibly impressed with Greenway Center Dentistry and would recommend it to anyone!
...oh and I almost forgot to mention...wait times are almost non-existent in this place, I've never really had the opportunity to sit in there waiting area and get comfy =)

My visit was excellent! With my fear of dentists and my urgent need for dental work, I was very uneasy when I walked into the office. However, the Dental Assistant and the Dentist both had great bedside manner.
I intend to have my dental work completed sometime in the very near future.
