I am very impressed with the staff here.This was my 2nd visit. I have had other experiences with dentist where they immediately give the most expensive options. Dr. Ortiz shared all options and recommended what was best for me, which was well below the highest option.
I actually shared the office with a friend before I left the parking lot and scheduled my husband for an appt

Dr. Ortiz and medical assistant Brittney were extremely nice and amazing. I was nervous coming into the dentist but they made my experence super great. They made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely reccomend.

Great experience from a white knuckle dental patient

Wasted an hour driving to the location they sent me. No one was there. They were closed. I called another location and they informed me that my appoint was book for a location 3 hours away from the address they originally gave me.
Im sure this dentist is really skilled. Not sure why they confirmed my appointment if the whole facility was going to be closed that day.

I enjoyed my visit here today. Everyone that worked with me made me feel like I was already a patient here and very welcoming. I came early to my appointment and they took me right away my cleaning was great and the dentist explained everything she was performing. They were not heavy handed with my cleaning @ all.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ortiz this morning after having some discomfort and finding her available through Zocdoc. As someone who is generally nervous and hesitant about going to the dentist, Dr. Ortiz was maybe the best dentist I’ve ever had. She listened to my concerns and was thorough in her exam. Her bedside manner was incredible and put me at ease. The hygienist did the same. Everyone at this office was so kind and caring. I have another appointment set for a cleaning with Dr. Ortiz and plan to make her my regular dentist!

Very nice Clean office, timely assistant Savannah was kind explained what she was doing. Dr Ortiz was the ninest Dentist I have ever seen. She was Reassuring. took my anxiety seriously made sure I was pain free. Quick and efficient * Did not try to upsale treatment. Huge as that has happened multiple times in the past with other Dentist
