Good experience. Nice location in the center of Boston. This was my first visit to this dentist, and my first visit to a new dentist in 25 years. The dentist was nice enough, but he seemed really pressed for time. It felt like things were on 2x speed. Spent no time getting to know me or my history really. This place definitely made it apparent that the future of a dentist office is going to be much like the doctors office - little to no face time with the doctor…unless it’s really bad!

I found my dentist! What a great visit. The x-ray session was very informative and the use of video cameras/photos made it super easy to understand all of their advice. Also the cleaning was super thorough, they really took their time.
Not to mention everyone was so pleasant, it was a very welcoming vibe!

Dr. Sarkis was amazing! I was a new patient, visiting from out of town and luckily got a last minute appointment in hopes to get my fractured tooth fixed during my initial evaluation. Dr. Sarkis was friendly, thorough and informative. My visit could have not gone smoother and I got my smile back in just under an hour! 10/10 would recommend him as your dentist!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Sarkis and everyone at Boston Dental Design. Dr. Sarkis explained everything to me in a very clear manner. All of the staff was great – they were helpful and patient, and helped me understand my insurance.
I have dental implants so getting a thorough check-up is important. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Couldn't have been a better experience from start to finish. The receptionist was SO responsive to all of my questions before the appointment, and on the day of Dr. Sarkis was basically with me through the whole appointment, and was SO thorough in explaining everything he was doing and answering all of my questions. I loved him!! Everyone there was also SO kind and seemed to genuinely love working there.

I had a great experience and the staff were incredibly responsive and kind to any sensory needs. They walked me through all questions and procedures, checked in with insurance prior for any treatment plans so I was able to think through decisions, and overall were both very thorough and thoughtful. Would really recommend their services for folks who may have anxiety/nervousness about dental procedures. S/o to Nelson for also being very funny and making the check-up process really comfortable!

My first appointment was very thorough, xrays taken and a cool 3d model of my mouth. The dr used this to assess best care moving forward. It was a longer visit than I expected, but I was taken care of well. Great staff. kind and knowledgable. Im glad i found such a great practice here in Boston!

I just moved to Boston and hated the idea of finding a new dentist. Dr. Sarkis and the Citi Dental staff were great. They made what could have been an uncomfortable experience into a calm and positive experience.

DR Sarkis was so friendly and comforting when I told him dental visits make me nervous. He explained everything he was going to do during the appointment before starting. It was painless and I will be coming back for my regular checkups.
