He attended the University of the Pacific on a full football scholarship and graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Dr. Ragland received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco in 1987.
Dr. Ragland is active in continuing education and leading edge technology, which allows him to continue to provide his patients with the quality dental care they deserve.
