Loved it! Who knew a dentist could actually be enjoyable?! No judegement, very gentle, kind and funny. Beautiful office AND close to home. Lucky to have found them. Will be going back for all future dental work. Can't imagine a better dental environment.

This is the greatest group of people! Everyone is very professional and yet they give you the personal touch and attention that is so appreciated. Dr. Bainer is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain what is needed for my care. My husband and I are both extremely pleased with the outstanding care we have received from Dr. Bainer and his staff. Dr. Bainer's thorough explanations, caring manner, and attentiveness to pain management are exemplary. The dental assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. The office manager/receptionist took time with us to evaluate our insurance plans and the optimal timeline in which to schedule our dental procedures. After experiencing numerous other dental practices over the years, Dr. Bainer & his staff definitely rank at the top.

Dr. Bainer had a great chairside manner. He listened intently to any discomfort I might have had and adjusted his method accordingly. He also explained in layman's? terms exactly what the procedure would entail. The nurses were great too. I havent been to the dentist for years. When I came into the Smile Gallery Dr. Bainer and his staff made me feel so comfortable and did not once make me feel bad about my situation. This office is hands down the best office I have been to. I have found my forever dentist and I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know.
