Dr. Beistline was born and raised in Alaska and left the state only to serve a mission for his church and to pursue his education at the University of Nevada Reno followed by dental training at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California, where he received his DMD degree.
As a boy growing up in Fairbanks, he gained a great respect for the dentists that he knew and at a young age decided that dentistry was the right career for him. As a dental student he gained a deeper appreciation for the role that good oral health and a smile that one can feel good about play in overall quality of life. Dr. Beistline enjoys working with a wide variety of patients in a comfortable and caring environment to help them achieve that quality of life.
Now with his wife Jolene and his three energetic children, he enjoys living in the Anchorage area where he can work in the career that he loves while enjoying all of the wonderful activities that only Alaska can offer. He enjoys fishing, snowmachining, hiking, four-wheeling and just enjoying the Alaskan wilderness. From a multigenerational Alaskan family, he enjoys being an active member of his community in both his professional and personal life.
