I got there at 8:30 for my appointment and even by 9:30 all they had done was X-rays, the lady at the front was surprised I hadn’t been seen. They need maybe better communication or to try and be cognizant of other peoples time. I got up and told the lady that I had to leave.

Nice staff and dentist, but, the only complaint I have, is this office advertised Dr. Ferguson as the dentist, but he's NOT the one who sees patients. I specifically booked here because of his experience so I was a tad disappointed. Otherwise, excellent office.

I didn’t really see this doctor in particular but the dentist that I did get to see he was pretty nice and he also answered all my questions and helped me get to the bottom of why my teeth were hurting me so much.

I think he was very nice and professional.
The girl that did my braces was very nice as well, but assistant guy before them was a little rough and didn’t seem too nice.

They actually do not receive the appointments made through zocdoc. That being said they were super accommodating and were able to fit us in. The wait was a little longer but completely understandable. Very friendly staff. They explained everything to my five year old who was scared, in a way he could understand.

So, I am terrified of the dentist, I've put off going on for years, and now my teeth are just falling apart. But I have an awesome uncle who volunteered to pay for me to get a full set of implants, and that was a year ago.
SO, I finally get up the nerve, schedule a 5:30 appt after work on zocdocs. I get there and they were completely closed. Apparently they don't have late appts on Wednesdays.
So thanks a lot zocdocs.

Scheduled for 8 am. Office doesn't open till 9am. I received no call to adjust my appt time. I waited for 20 min before I called and was given this info. Disappointed in office staff abilities.

The staff made sure I was seen promptly, and the tech and dentist were professional, courteous, and did a great job with my tooth extraction.

The wait was insane and front office staff is rude. However, the dental hygienist who worked with my daughter was very friendly and helpful, she did a great job.

Front office staff was rude, and our appointment started an hour and a half late.
Jaime the dental assistant was awesome, he apologized for the wait, and worked great with my daughter, him and Dr.Mitchell stayed late to ensure my daughters toothache was taken care of.
Again the front office staff did not communicate to us that he had cancelled the prescription for pain meds, or what to give her in substitution to ease her discomfort. Also was not provided a detailed treatment plan, even after I requested it.
Also, filled out all the forms online, which took a bit of time, as it asked for our address several times, only to arrive and find out they had an issue with their system and I would need to fill them out by hand.
