He is a graduate of the Florida State University and obtained his dental degree in 1992 at the Medical University of South Carolina. Right after, David completed a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL. Dr. Gulotte is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, the Collier County Dental Association, and has the certification to place and restore Camlog Dental Implants.
Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez have been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry together since 1997.
