Dr. David Silber is an attentive, funny dentist treating patients in Dallas, Texas, and the surrounding communities. His primary goal as a practitioner is to ensure his patients understand their dental conditions and the options for treating them. Since 1997, his approach has become minimally invasive and metal-free.
In order to pursue his doctoral dental degree, Dr. Silber attended the University of Puerto Rico. He has received training in both general and cosmetic dental techniques and procedures. Dr. Silber keeps his practice up-to-date through the International Dental Conference of the Egyptian Dental Association and international dental conferences in Dubai.
Patients visiting Dr. Silber can receive a full range of dental services. He performs general cleanings, digital x-rays, minimally invasive dentistry, air abrasion, composite restorations, porcelain crowns, implants, and tooth-whitening procedures. Services including lumineers and periodontal therapy are also available. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Silber lectures internationally on air abrasion, cosmetic dentistry, and dental office management.
