The wait-time wasn't to go in, but during the visit. One girl did my x-rays, then I waited 10+ minutes for the hygienist, then waited another 15+ for the dentist. Level of service definitely makes up for it, just allow extra time for your appointment.

I love Dr Staten. I went in for one of the last appointments she had available but she was there and took the time to talk to me about what she saw on my Xrays. She was friendly and took her time, listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all. She gave me options for my treatments and asked me to look at my options before making a choice. I left my old dentist because of how impersonal the visits were, here I feel like they really care.

Dr. Deborha Staten is a compassionate, uplifting dentist treating patients in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the surrounding communities. Her goal as a practitioner is to provide each of her patients with an enjoyable and rewarding dental experience. Dr. Staten is a member of professional organizations including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Women Dentists. Dr.Staten also serves as Captain in the Nevada Army National Guard Medical Detachment.
Originally from Las Vegas, Dr. Staten attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She remained at the university in order to pursue her doctoral dental degree at the School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Staten keeps her practice up-to-date with seminars and conferences through the American Dental Association and applies the latest dental technology to provide cutting-edge treatment for her patients.
Patients visiting Dr. Staten can receive a full range of both general and cosmetic dental services. She provides general consultations, dental cleanings, preventative services, tooth extraction, fillings, root canals, and teeth-whitening services. She is an AMAZING Dentist with staff that have impeccable customer service skills.. Very patient, informative and friendly .. I am also having her treat my daughter .. I am very happy with her professionalism and friendly demeaner.. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a compassionate Dentist who takes the time to explain to her patients dental procedures in intricate details and doesn't make them feel like their asking too many questions..HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

I am disabled and I take the bus where I go. I live about 20 miles from the office but I thought Deborha would be the dentist for me. I made an appt. and then it was changed then they changed it again.
When I arrived for my appt. they decided to check the insurance plan that I have.Then I was told that they take my insurance but not the plan I have. If they cared I probably would not have had three apts. for one unsuccessful visit!!!. Then have to leave due to then not checking my policy before I arrived.

I loved her! She was amazing. Great bedside manner and extremely nice. Made me feel comfortable even though I hadn't been to the dentist in years. Definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

Both Doctor Staten and her assistant, Andrea were amazing. They were funny, professional, patient and will make the infamous dentist visit awesome! Also, the office is really bright and clean. They even have a 'bird sanctuary' view outside the big windows.

Filling out the forms before hand online cut out the wait time after I check-in. Dr. Staten and her team are friendly, professional, and even manage to be fun...yes...for a dentist's office. I had not been to a dentist in 13 YEARS! -gulp. But the visit was nowhere near as horrific as I feared. The technology has come along quite a bit, making the process smoother. They have a great rapport in the office that is very comforting.
