The ENTIRE Office is extremely pleasant and professional. I have a lot of dental issues and at each step of the appointment I was met with kindness, comfort and reassurance. Convenient location, clean office. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office

Dr. Deepa, is one of the nicest dentist and/or people in general, that I have every met. It was so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely seems nice and sincere. I was tied up assisting someone at work, and afterwards, attempted to call them to explain, however, received a busy signal. In the meantime, someone from the office contacted me. I explained the delay, and apologized, assuming it was too late to come, however, they still allowed me to come; my office was only 5 miles away from them. Once there, Dr. Deepa greeted me, told me to catch my breath, and offered me a beverage. I don't that any dentist has ever greeted me, let alone offer me something to drink. The office is very soothing; relaxing. During our meeting, we did a quick exam; I already had images from my previous dental office, and she took time to explain the work I needed, pricing etc. I didn't feel like I was being pushed out the door. I also explained that I found her brochure at my job, and she explained that her husband did a presentation there, and I remembered him! I explained that I went to the dentist a few weeks ago, and thought I was actually coming to her office however, it was the wrong dentist! That office had a very long wait; although I was on time, and had an appointment for 6pm, at 7pm, I still had not been seen by the dentist. I ended up leaving, which is how I ended up searching for a new dentist; since I'm new to the area, and found Dr. Deepa. They do not overbook, which shows consideration for her clients. The young ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant. One young in particular, sent directions to my phone. She also typed up my treatment plan, and gave great detailed information on pricing and a payment plan, which was a great relief.She actually took time to explain everything to me. It was only my first visit, however, thus far, I am beyond impressed!

Dr. Suryanarayanan and her assistant were both very kind, considerate, and accommodating. My appointment hadn't gone through to their system from ZocDoc, but they saw me anyway (I would recommend calling ahead to confirm, if you book through this site).

From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Deepa was amazing. Her receptionist, Melanie, was incredibly helpful and very sweet. What I was most floored by was that Dr. Deepa herself did my cleaning and talked me through my x-rays (past dentists haven't done this!). Kashmir, her hygienist, was so professional and efficient. Overall, I felt really well cared for and will be returning time and time again.

The office is neat and clean. No wait time. Pleasantly surprised by the light refreshments including starbucks coffee found in the wait room (wish had some wait time to refresh :)). Office staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Deepa was very gentle didn't feel a thing. Would not think twice to refer her to my friends and family. Looking forward to my next recall visit.

I am very much impressed with the professional approach , the concern showed by Dr.Deepa by listening to me about my problem and explaining to me the proposed treatment .
The staff at the Front desk were also very friendly and cooperative.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. The office is very clean & neat. I had no wait time and the staff were very courtious. Dr. Deepa spent a lot of time answering my concerns & questions. I loved that, I was not pressurised at any time. I would refer my family & friends here definitely.

Dr. Deepa is very skillful in identifying the problem with my teeth & also has a very nice & precise way of addressing it. She gives me info during the process so that I know exactly what is happening & also checks on me often asking if I'm doing okay! She is very gentle and I felt no pain. They use no big needles which I dred. Staff is great!

The first thing I felt when I entered the office was relaxation with the scooting sounds & ambience its unlike any other dental office I have been to. The staff were courteous and Dr. Deepa was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable & was pampered. I loved this unique dental experience.
