It would be so much easier to come there if it wasn't an all day thing. I had a really bad episode of hypoglycemia and thought I was going to pass out; VERY SCARY!

I did not enjoy my experience. They did not pre-check insurance, so that was ~30min process. We started ~45mins late for X-ray, then I returned to the waiting room for another ~20mins. Was then brought to the exam chair where guess what, I waited another half hour. The exam went quickly and the Dr. explained a few findings but then went off to other patients (I think they wait on several at once) when one of the billing admins came over with a pretty large quote. It may be possible that all the add-ons were needed, but never explained to me by the doctor. I feel that at least some of the things were upsales (probably pushed by Western Dental) to inflate the bill total. On top of the poor service, the office is dirty and old and the equipment appears outdated compared to other offices I've been to (they needed a dozen plus x-rays and in the past I feel like most places have only taken a handful).
I walked out after the x-rays and exam wasting hours, skipping the cleaning and further services. The X-rays and exam will likely need to be redone before I can move on with the actual care I need - which will definitely not happen here.
tl,dr - the wait time is long, the service is rushed and the bedside manner needs attention
