Dr. Roberson was great. She told me what I needed done promptly and outlined what was going to happen during my appointment.
Being someone who hadn’t gone to the dentist in a few years I was hesitant about being judged or shamed about my dental maintenance, and there was none of that. Just prompt, efficient, helpful work, and all of the staff were incredibly warm and kind!
It’s been almost a week since my tooth was removed and it’s been healing well with no complications so far. I’ll be returning to get my other wisdom teeth removed.

The doctor herself was fine but the practice was terrible. I went in for a cleaning and they didn’t do it. They also didn’t give me fluoride. She looked at my teeth and then a financial consultant talked about payment. Saying the service I asked for (regular cleaning) wasn’t recommended. Ridiculous

My visit was okay at best. Waited a very long time before anyone helped me. I had to walk up to the front desk multiple times to ask what the wait was for. After finally sitting in a chair, they also took a long time to get any tech or the doc herself to look at my teeth. Overall the people were nice and the facilities were okay, but semi unprofessional about communication.

I had 3 wisdom teeth taken out and even though I was awake the whole time, they did it with minimal pain. It’s an amazing practice and I will be going back for more work. They’re funny and know what they’re doing! I would highly recommend!!

I had problems with my insurance not going through. They saw me and I was supposed to get an itineraryof what I needed done, but I never heard back fromt he dental office. No phone call, no letter in the mail, nothing.

PLEASE avoid this dentist office if you don’t want to spend ALL day waiting! I arrived at 1:45 for my 2pm appointment and by 5pm I didn’t have a single cavity filled. It also took an entire hour just for dental X-rays! Today was such an inconvenience and I still have the same toothache I had before going to visit Dr. Roberson’s office. Booking online is easy, but DON’T book with this office you WILL regret it after wasting HOURS of waiting just for someone just to poke at your teeth and do nothing else.
