Great Dentist, although the finance lady did not listen to my requests. I did not go back to this awesome dentist because I was not in the mood for the constant upsell. I know what I have a budget for, and no I don't want to do payment plans or have large bills piling up. I wish Dr. Cua would operate elsewhere, because she was great.

Dr. Cua was very informative and kind. Through out the procedure, she kept checking and asking if I'm okay and how I'm doing. She also went out of her to get me information regarding some things I inquired on. I would highly recommend her to future new patients.

I was skeptical at first as I’ve been to some other dental chains where the dentist is trying to sell you everything and charge extra (a lot more)for a basic cleaning. That said, Dr. Cua is dentist you can trust and the service is great. It’s also very easy to get seen.

She was very very nice. Asked me immediately what my problem areas were, addressed them, and gave me a game plan. Extremely professional, great bedside manner. All of the staff there was fantastic, from checkin to consults.

Great chair side manner, VERY good with the needle when numbing you up (and I utterly hate and fear needles, so that’s saying something), and a very thorough examination.
She will be my regular dentist from now on.

Dr. Cua is an awesome doctor. I got my procedure done with her months ago and she makes sure you're comfortable and explains everything while doing it.
The only issue with previous appts I've had is the crazy wait time and the lack of information from the assistants. I felt like some of the times I had questions for the assistants, that's when the option of something was given to me... It would've been good to have the information of all options without asking.
Other than the two things above, the office was pretty great, and Dr. Cua made me feel incredibly comfortable and is very considerate and generous and does great work!

The first visit was pleasant. I had my appointment at 10:00 am. I filled paperwork and was in this room where they explain the treatment at 11:00 am I went ahead and scheduled my next visit to get some cavities filled for next week.

I was pretty nervous about coming in because I've heard root canals are painful and I knew I needed one. Dr. Cua explained the procedure and it didn't hurt as bad as I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!!

I went to another dental office and was told that I needed a lot of work and it would be very expensive. I came to Jefferson Dental and it turns out I just needed a few fillings and a cleaning. It was all covered by my insurance and I even got free whitening. I'm so glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Cua.

First visit was good. I went in with a toothache they gave me antibiotics and scheduled my appointment for a tooth extraction in three days.

I had a great experience overall. I had a few cavities to fill and was really nervous but Dr. Cua made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff was friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly.
