I waited 1.5 hours after my appt time before the dentist even started in my mouth. Then it was another 2.5 hours before I walked out the door. I had a root canal. I always feel like I'm an experiment when I get anything done at this location. That's IF they even confirm my ZocDoc appointments which on several occasions after I had already scheduled, they didn't see my appt and I showed up and had to either wait or reschedule. The people working there are courteous, just always seems overbooked or disorganized. And I've had to have the same filling redone two times and now a root canal so I don't know if it's because the quality of work or what. Not really happy with this office and not sure I'll be back.

It's was not professional, the assistance at the front did not have a clue about the services I had made a appointment for. My wait time was ridiculous, more than a hour and a half for a dental cleaning. I will not be returning to this dental practice.

Professional and friendly staff , and considerate of their patient as well as being attentive to the patient needs. I strongly recommend anyone to try out Brident Dental its #1 in my opinion!
