Had a very difficult extraction due to fractured tooth and root up in the bone dr batoon made me feel comfortable explained the procedure and I had little to no pain once the procedure was over. Highly recommend

Dr. Batoon was a good enough dentist, but her bedside manner was terrible, and he office staff was lacking. I was over-charged by A LOT and it took a week of me calling every day before I finally got a hold of someone who could help me and got my refund. Every time I called I was assured someone would call me back by the end of the day and they never did. That alone was enough to make me see care somewhere else. Pay attention to your bills if you go here!!!!

I have never had such a terrible experience as I had at Dr. Batoon's office. Her and her staff are the reason why people do not go to the dentist. After having X-rays taken I explained to her that I had not been to a dentist in 2 years and just wanted a cleaning and checkup. While cleaning my teeth, Dr. Batoon was too preoccupied arguing with her assistants about the whereabouts of the other assistant instead of explaining my teeth cleaning. Regarding the process of potential cavities, I asked her to explain the process of filling them as I have not had cavities filled in many years and she simply said "I fill them." Throughout the entire visit I felt belittled and helpless. I would never recommend Dr. Batoon's office to anyone.

From the moment you walk into her office you know you have made the right choice. The atmosphere is warm friendly and professional. Staff greats you with a smile and everyone is happy. You can tell it is a good work environment. Dr Batoon was a wonderful surprise. She is veryknowledgable professional and genuinely cares about you. She is a condition solver and will study your situation and make sure your health/dental needs are being met. A problem solver. Met a lady in the waiting room on way out and she couldn't say enough wonderful testimonies about Dr Batoon's work and character. Do yourself a favor. Go see Dr Batoon. You will be in the best possible hands for your dental and oral needs

I liked Dr Batoon. She didn't really introduce herself to me, I just assumed she was the dentist. She also kept saying my teeth were not good, and I brush my teeth 2 times a day and floss once a day, so they couldn't be that terrible. She was also teaching her assistants the whole time rather than telling me what she was doing etc.

Diana is very knowledgeable and great at her job. Check-in could be expedited (it took a while for all my photos to be taken), but overall, I am very happy with the service and am excited to have found a great dentist in the area.

I absolutely would NOT recommend booking this appointment. It's a real shame because the actual DMD, Diana, was great, however, her front office staff is HORRIBLE!!!
I specifically told them not to book me for a follow up appointment and that I would reach back out after reviewing my availability to schedule, as I was about to move and was unsure I would be able to make it back in. They went ahead and scheduled me anyway without notification, then tried to charge me a steep no-show fee. After telling them no and entering a huge he-said she-said battle with the incompetent and law-illiterate woman on the phone, she assured me the fee was dropped.
A year later, I see on my credit report that the fee had actually increased and then was sent to a collections agency!! I called them to try and get it removed and they were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL in the matter and once again entered the same obnoxious conversation I had over a year ago with yet another incompetent office employee. I was assured the matter would be elevated to a different department and I would received a call within 24 hours. I reached back out and am pretty sure they just started screening my calls. This hassle was definitely not worth a mediocre cleaning. STILL WAITING!!!!!

She do my inlay and I told them that the in-between of that teeth is bleeding but they don't do anything for that. I am so piss that's why i go to the other dentist and they tell me that there is a sharp edge in the inlay that she made. So I go back to them and I tell them what's going on. And all of a sudden they act so good to me and they ask me if I want to let them check it up again and I said no!

I made the best decision when I started seeing Dr. Batoon. She and her staff are so nice and so friendly. They go above and beyond to help me take care of my teeth. I love that she has a plan on how to fix all of my dental issues and told me that plan up front. Without even asking, she knew I wanted to whiten my teeth and straighten my teeth with Invisalign. This is the first time I've ever told everyone they should go see my dentist. I've had good dentists in the past, but never one as GREAT as Dr. Batoon!
