The dr was fantastic!!! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff was super friendly for the most part too! My huge issue with the experience was how long it all took! My appt was to check a minor issue (5 min issue) my appt was at 10:15 and I didn’t leave until 11:35!!!! I even told them I was in a hurry! I got into a chair fast but had to sit and wait for a hygienist? then after saying I was in a hurry at least the dr came in, it took all of 5 min to address issue. I then continued to wait and even asked if I had to see the hygienist. I was told it would take long… it was at least 30 minutes! Again everyone was super friendly and nice but I was only there to have an issue looked at that took 5 minutes and I was there for almost an hour and a half. I was prescribed a prescription mouthwash for pain and after not hearing from the pharmacy called the front desk to follow up and was told I’d get a call back, its been a couple days and I haven’t heard anything.

Hello, I'm Dr. Diego Garcia-Ortega! My focus is on delivering exceptional, evidence-based dental care with a commitment to making your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I’m also a big fan of nature—so if I’m not in the dental chair, I might be hiking up a mountain somewhere with my dog. They were very kind and understanding. Everyone here is so understanding of your situation. They mabe sure I am over-the-top comfortable every time which always eases any anxiety. I would recommend these guys to anybody needing quality work with quality care.
