All the individuals (receptionists, technicians, dentist, etc.) were very pleasant and welcoming! I am very happy to have found my new dentist!
The missing 5th star is because there may not be an accurate representation of the appointment schedule on ZocDoc, which is where I booked my appointment. I showed up a bit before 9am and finished at 11:40. Bear in mind this was my first visit so there was paperwork, x-rays, and a consultation to be done. If future visits are more streamlined, with the same service, I will be happy to give National Dental that 5th star!
It may be more helpful to book directly with them based on my above experience (please note I have not done this, and I am just postulating).

This was the best visit to a dentist I have ever had. I was alway scared to come even for regular cleaning but Dr. Tzoumas is the most trustworthy doctor I have ever met
