The wait time is unreasonable. They don’t clearly plan for their appointments in the comparison to the amount of staff. Staff was confused and a bit lost.

I would not go back to this office. I’ve been a few times before and while there was a bit to be desired they were still able to help me in a relatively quick manner. Not this past time. Waited over an hour just to be taken back for X-rays then I was sent back to the waiting room to wait some more. Another hour or so and they take me so a room and have someone set up so it’s ready for when the doctor was available. Another hour and a half wait, just laying in the chair waiting for the doctor. The pain in my back after I left was unbelievable. Waiting that long is absolutely ridiculous. I understand being busy but maybe don’t schedule 5 people all with the same appointment time. My appointment was for 10am, I did not leave until 2:30. I went in for a tooth extraction but they’re trying to give me a full consultation when that’s not what I came in for. Fix the problem I’m having and we can go on about our days. I’ll be finding a new dentist.

Waited for an hour and a half before leaving as I had another appointment and couldn’t wait any longer to see the doctor. My appointment was at 9, I was taken in for x-rays at 9:30, and I then left around 10:30 after sitting in the dentist chair for over 30 minutes waiting for someone. I’m not sure this was exactly the Doctor’s fault, but this facility as a whole generally appeared to be overbooked and disorganized.

Start to finish the least efficient office visit I’ve ever had. At no point in history has a dental cleaning appointment taken 3.5 hours, before today.
