Dr Clausen has practiced in the Minneapolis Medical Arts Building since the early 1980's and also taught in the Department of Removable Prosthodontic at the University of Minnesota. Patients who come first time for dental cleaning and exam will see the Doctor first for comprehensive exam and x-rays if needed.

*With any insurance not through the employer, but THROUGH THE STATE, the patient must have a referral from a primary dentist, if they need partial work or dentures.*
His resume includes six years of active duty in the United States Navy. His residency in prosthodontics was completed at Bethesda Naval Hospital where he received a Master's degree in Oral Biology and a Residency Certificate in Prosthodontics. Leaving the Washington, DC area he accepted a position in Fixed Prosthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas teaching there for two years before leaving for private practice.
