Dr. Emanuel and his staff were friendly and professional. Overall my experience at the office could have been better. The first time my x-rays were taken it was not done correctly and we needed to do everything over. No one except the Dr. introduced themselves or explained what they were going to do. I spent an hour and fifteen minutes waiting to have the Dr come in to tell me my teeth looked great and then have them polished for 5 minutes.

The staff was friendly upon my arrival and walked me through onboarding patient paperwork with ease. I waited a bit longer (~45 minutes) than I would have liked for the doctor to see me, but once he did he was very personable and direct with my appointment/dental needs (which were minimal). I did run into a bit of a problem when the hygienist was directed to do a more detailed cleaning that wasn't covered by my insurance, but I explained that I only wanted what was covered and he and the Dr. on duty got it figured out so that I left paying only my copay. All-around good experience, and I'll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

Dr. Emanuel and his staff were friendly and professional. Overall my experience at the office could have been better.
