The Dr was great and friendly. The assistants however never said a word to me. I was looking at the computer and advised her my name was spelt wrong and she corrected it, but then turned the screen so I couldn't see. After my appointment someone came in and said the assistants told them I wanted to get my treatment done which was not the case. They didn't even ask me. Their customer service was not great but I'll return because I liked the doctor.

Everyone there was extremely friendly. I hate going to the dentist but they were actually nice and made me feel comfortable (which no other dentist practice has done). I won't dread going to the dentist next time with E. Chad Caffall!

After earning his bachelor's degree from Arizona State University in 2002, Dr. Chad Caffall received his doctorate from University of the Pacific in 2005. He has taken many advanced courses at the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education and the Levin Institute Program, and completed a Nobel Biocare Implant residency. Dr. Caffall has also taken specialized courses in IMTEC mini-implants and implant synergy at the WhiteCap Institute.
He enjoys all things outdoors. Dr. Chad and his wife Holly have five children and currently reside in Gilbert.
