I love the hygienist so much! I don’t do well at the dentist even for a cleaning due to past trauma and they make me feel so comfortable and help keep me distracted. My 6 year old has gone now for two years and loves it also! Dr. Larson is always smiling and in great spirits!

Fantastic place for a dental cleaning. Dr. Larson really took the time to look carefully at my teeth. My teeth also looked much nicer afterwards (removed many coffee stains).

Dr. Earl Larson combines the skill gained from over thirty years of intensive study with an artistic eye and a sincere sense of compassion to bring out the best in the smiles of the patients he treats.
He holds membership in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and L.D. Pankey Alumni Association. He is a Past President of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, and currently serves as the Legislative and Regulatory Chair of the Missouri Dental Association.
He is continually giving back his skills to the community through activity with a variety of dental charities. He biannually serves as a clinician at the Give Kids a Smile clinics for children with unmet needs in our area. He is a participant in the Give Back a Smile program of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry that rehabilitates women who have suffered domestic violence. Currently he is preparing for the next MOMOM, Missouri Mission of Mercy, which will be in Columbia Missouri July 31-Aug 1, 2015, a free two day clinic that will be set up in the Hearns Auditorium at his alma mater MIZZOU.
Dr. Larson’s passion for dentistry is matched only by his passion for family and fun. He resides near his office in Chesterfield with his son Grant and his dog Muffin. He is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis club. In his spare time, he enjoys training for endurance sports, skiing, golf and a variety of other outdoor recreation and sporting activities.

Dr. Larson and his staff were wonderful to work with. My previous dentist hurt me so much during normal teeth cleanings that I avoided going to the dentist as scheduled. Dr. Larson and his staff made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. As I have to go back for additional work, I am confident that I am in good hands with Dr. Larson and his staff for all my dental needs.

I have not ever been treated so wonderfully by nursing staff! The doctor was so nice and attentive to my needs. I had to get two wisdom teeth surgically removed and Dr. Lawson was able to get me in to a oral surgeon within 30 mins. He scheduled me a follow up appointment to get all my dental needs out the way. I stay downtown St. Louis but traveling to this site was a true blessing.
