Dr. Kozlovsky has been wonderful. He explains everything fully. You know what to expect before and after each step of the work he is doing. Dr. Kozlovsky did an implant for me and this requires multiple visits over a long time and each time my experience was the same.

Dr. Kozlovsky is an excellent doctor. He made me fill comfortable & at ease, even thought I was about to have a tooth pulled out. Very friendly w/ excellent chair side manner. Also I felt no pain during the procedure.

Dr. Kozlovsky graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He went on to complete a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
Dr. Kozlovsky is proud of having built his successful practice form the ground up, including a new facility with four state-of-the-art operatory suites. The office utilizes digital radiography and in-office 3-D CT scans for diagnosis and precise surgical treatment. He performs minimally invasive surgery whenever possible, including incision-free implant placement, offering patients less surgical time and faster healing. Office is equipped to perform cutting edge procedures such as “All-on-4?, which offers patient an immediate, non removable dental restoration for the entire jaw.
Dr. Kozlovsky’s diverse background, superior level of competence, and expertise ensure that patients will experience outstanding care and excellent results.
