I met with this doctor once. The wait time is ridiculous. His bedside manner was decent. He prescribed a medication for me and told me to come back within a few weeks to follow up. I scheduled the appointment, arrived on time and ready to see him again only to find out that he isn't in the office on certain days and that I'd have to see one of the other dentists in the practice, not for my initial reasoning, but for a cleaning.
I warned the other dentist about how sensitive my teeth were. He proceeded to "clean" my teeth. I left this office in discomfort and with a bloody mouth. And yes, it was noticeable!

I needed to do an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. They were able to fit me in that day. The receptionist and medical staff had a great bedside manner. I felt no pain, the Dr. Shalomov was able to extract my tooth in under 10 minutes.

The office is clean, well appointed, and the staff is competent. Dr. Shalomov does not keep you waiting, moves through the examination quickly and shares the x-ray results so that you can see what needs to be done. The tooth cleaning is wet and quick. I like this manner and plan to return.

I went there for the first time. The staff was nice. I have insurance but paid for the full examination! Had X-rays & teeth cleaning done! The dentist didn't say much, just did his job! He didn't even examine my teeth as I went there because I have an actual tooth problem. Couldn't understand him very well either. Just referred me and that was it! I really wondered afterwards if they honestly care about there patients or are just in for the money! It's a shame really! :(
