Dr. Elena Davidson-Arbit is the third generation of dentists in her family following in the footsteps of her father and maternal grandmother and grandfather.
She attended the University of the Pacific where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Just following this she completed a General Practice Residency specializing in Oral Surgery, Hospital Dentistry, and Special Needs Patients. While at UCSF, Dr. Davidson-Arbit was chosen to work with young women who had experienced extreme trauma, and was recognized for her compassion and excellent work with that particularly vulnerable group of patients.
Dr. Elena Davidson-Arbit is married, and is blessed with two beautiful boys. When not working, Dr. Davidson loves to travel and to be in her home in Oakland with the company of family, friends, and ferocious 11 pound dog Louie.
Dr. Elena Davidson-Arbit is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Southern Alameda County Dental Society.

I have been a legacy patient at Davidson Dental from the early 1980's. I have been happy with the service of both Dr. Davidsons over the many years and I am very happy that the Davidson Dental Offices has embraced both social media and the digital age with online access and benefits.

Dr. Davidson is very accommodating and kind. Everyone at this office is exceptionally friendly and caring, actually. I've been there a few times now, and the receptionists (? may be hygienists multitasking) always greet me like an old friend. I wish I could remember the name of the hygienist who assisted Dr. Davidson today (I had a few cavities filled), because she really put me at ease. She gave me headphones and put on my favorite Pandora station, a first in any of my dental experiences. They both took note of my reactions, could tell when something was uncomfortable, and then tried to minimize my discomfort. I would recommend this office to my friends.
