A very nice visit. What sets Dr. Dodson's office apart, is that the atmosphere is very laid back and casual, while still being very professional. Dr. Dodson will talk very openly and honestly with you about your dental care, taking time to explain the costs and benefits of certain procedures. I found she makes a real effort to save customers money and not just sell dental procedures.

First she was almost an hour late coming into the office. No apology whatsoever. She doesn't have good bedside manner at all. I've never heard of dentist not being able to do a root canal in their own office. Needless to say I didn't get my issue resolved so I'm once again searching for a dentist that doesn't make me feel bad about my teeth and one who can fix my issue.

Daughter wasn't able to be seen because we were late for the appointment. And also the "staff" said there wasn't a scheduled appointment for her. Even though I spoke with the doctor yesterday evening.
Will be looking for another doctor immediately.

Very pleasant lady. She was very good with my 12 year old son. She even took the time to provide additional information and answer our questions concerning overbites. They didn't rush us out the door like other places i've experienced in the past.

Aside from the mix up with my appointment, Dr. Elizabeth and her staff were great. I was uncomfortable being there at first, because her practice appears to be out of her home. This along with my unusually long wait made me want to leave, but my roommate encouraged me to stay and I did due to the friendliness of the receptionist. All and all I'd say that I'm glad I stayed. The experience wasn't that bad at all. I would recommend Dr. Elizabeth to others.
