I recommend this doctor because she was knowledgeable and went through each tooth and it's issues. the only thing I questioned is why I was seen, taken some x-rays, then left, no actual cleaning or anything. I was kinda confused, but we have another appointment, so I'll see what happens.
I would recommend this office to a friend. The dentist and staff are very friendly. My experience I was very nervous. Thou the dentist explained all the options and was very patient with me. Thank you

Haven’t been to a dentist in a long long time and walked in the office i felt at home the removal of my wisdom teeth was so easy from the start of the process to finishing the procedure it was a wonderful experience will definitely be my new dental office to go from now on.

Great staff
Verified patient
they make you come in early and fill out paper work that you already fill out and then they miss your apt time and let numerous people go in front of you. not the friendliest place I've been . wouldn't recommend unless your way older
Verified patient
Unorganized, "dental lead" was rude and didn't acknowledge me, outdated place, my initial visit was not charted, this office needs a lot of work(maybe new managers or leads) this might help everyone to be on the same page.
Verified patient
Easy to understand paperwork, friendly staff, answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns regarding my teeth. Staff came up with a clear plan for me to follow. Nice experience
DONT let the building fool you! Terry was so polite and comforting and Dr. Salazar and Leslie were efficient and did an amazing job! I get at home and taken care of! Thank you.

Elizabeth Salazar and her husband were very nice and professional. However one of the dental techs did make me feel very uncomfortable. My paperwork sent over included that I have anxiety. She told me that people make that up, and write it in because they want access to drugs. I didn't even expect that my exam room anxiety would be brought up in this context much less have someone speak to me in an accusatory manor. Since then I have switched dentist.
I had a Crown done and it came out perfectly!!! I'm amazed at how good it looks. Very natural and comfortable. 100% satisfied !!!!

I have a fear of dentist. I was immediately put at ease and, everything possible was done to assure my comfort. They have a new patient!!!
This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Salazar's office and will definitely be my last. I was there for 2 fillings. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, yet I wasn't called in until after 11am. Little did I know, I was not yet going to be completing the procedure (2 fillings). Instead, the hygienist gave me THREE shots to the left side of my mouth. The 3rd shot was enormous and quite painful. Once I received the shots, I was sent back into the waiting room for another hour!! Nothing was explained to me at any point. When I got back to the waiting room, it became clear than many other patients had be treated to the same. Bring em in, shoot em up, let them wait in the waiting room until we're ready to see them for real. When I was finally was called in to get the fillings, it was 12pm (again, appointment at 10am). I received no apology from anybody at the office, but instead just a bunch excuses that don't really concern me. To treat patients this way is pretty offensive. A little while later, while in the midst of some extensive drilling in the back of my mouth, Dr. Salazar somehow loses control of my numb tongue, slips up, and THE DRILL STABS ME IN THE TONGUE. Again, no apology. Instead, I was told "well, you moved your tongue." And "you know, the mouth is the fastest healing part of the body." Somehow the blame was pushed onto me, the patient who can't move or feel his face due to 3 shots. It was pretty alarming to me that I was actually able to feel this drill in my tongue. On my way out, I was handed a prescription for pain medication from a different doctor due to the new hole in the side of my tongue. I still couldn't feel the extent of the damage, but when I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I learned that my mouth was full of blood. I went in for 2 fillings, spent over 3.5 hours in the office, and left with a hole in my tongue and a prescription for pain medication. Dr. Salazar seemed professional at my initial consultation and then my cleaning. In fact, I've already given her 5-star ratings to to the solid cleaning I received. That said, Dr. Salazar cleaned nothing, as all was done by the hygienist. Now I find myself questioning much about my time spent in this office. Apparently, Dr. Salazar's office often treats patients like a mere dollar sign. This experience made clear that this office has no regard for patient time or expectations. In addition, Dr. Salazar's bedside manner was plain atrocious, especially in light of being the direct cause of injury to a patient. Accidents happen, but I found her response to this situation to be a major disappointment. This will definitely be the last time I see Dr. Salazar. Despite my need for another filling, I now feel like I should be bringing my dental records elsewhere for a 2nd opinion.
This is the first time I've ever had to wait so long to be seen. I had an orthodontics consult so I was actually seen by another doctor. It was a very long wait this morning I arrived at 10:32am for a 10:45am appointment. I didn't get called back until 11:52. I understand there was a push back due to 2 major surgeries, but they could have called to let me know there would be a delay.

Wonderful Care without a big bill. They really do care about the person and I am sure they do alot of care for free. Wonderful chanage of pace.
Verified patient
I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years and was expecting the worst. The team was great about their diagnosis, recommendations and plans for treatment starting with the first visit. Everyone I met at the office was very nice and went out of their way to greet me and make sure I was comfortable

This is not a typical Dental Office. The Dr.'s seem to really care about you and your health. They give you many options and work with you on payments. They are helping many, I am sure they donate many many hours and services to their patients. Nothing Fancy just good care!
