I went because my retainer broke. It feels like it's Just fine now! She was very nice and thorough. She didnt Rush and She even saw me after her normal hours because of my work schedule which I thought was very nice.

More so, we know our patients have busy lives and because of this we have an “open door policy” which means we are available before, during or after all appointments to keep you fully informed about treatment progress or answer any questions you may have. We care a lot about teeth and making beautiful, healthy smiles, but we also care about basketball games, dance recitals and Little League!
Dr. Kahan received the highest honors from Washington University in St. Louis where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then continued her education at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated at the top of her class with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Finally, Dr.
Kahan completed her Orthodontic residency at one of the top schools in the country, Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, where she earned her Certificate in Orthodontics.
While in her intense three-year orthodontic residency program at Montefiore, Dr. Kahan treated hundreds of difficult orthodontic cases, including surgical, open bite, crossbite, craniofacial, cleft lip and palate, and syndrome cases. She is trained and certified in a variety of orthodontic techniques, such as Invisalign, removable appliances, metal brackets, clear brackets, self-ligating brackets, lingual braces, expanders, and temporary anchorage devices.
Since Dr. Kahan is trained in all orthodontic techniques, you can rest assured that your smile is in the best possible hands. Dr. Kahan and her staff are very welcoming. Dr. Kahan brings you in for treatment personally and takes the time to explain everything. My daughter who is 11 yrs. old loves her and feels so comfortable at the office. You can tell Dr. Kahan really loves what she doing. We definitely made the right choice!

There are many othodontists to choose from but we were immediately taken by Dr. Kahan's warm personality. We were impressed by her explanations & how she showed us pictures on the computer. Her office is friendly & comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kahan.

I am just beginning with invisalign braces, but I was so impressed with Dr. Kahan's attention to detail. She is extremely flexible working with my job schedule, and bends over backwards to get me the appointment time I need. She will see me before work, after work or even on Saturday. I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to my friends who want invisilign.

We were referred to Dr. Kahan from our dentist. The office was friendly and they made my son feel welcomed. I was impressed that the staff was so knowledgeable. In talking to Laura I found out that she has worked int he office for 23 years! We made the decision to start braces the following week. What I really love is the convenience of the office. Parking is free and easy. I also feel comfortable dropping off my son and doing a few errands in the area before picking him up.
