The girls were great. They explained everything. They made sure i was comfortable and taken care of the whole time.
Very professional front desk and dental assistant staff. Dr Finney is personable and talks you through the whole process to alleviate fears. I did not have any pain at all, surprising for my first root canal. Pricing is comparable to others in the area although I wish dental insurance covered more! I will be making an appointment for my 85 year old mother who is extremely sensitive and fearful of all doctors and dentists. Great experience.

Very pleased they worked me in when I didn't have an appointment thanks so much !! The staff and the doc were great highly recommend!!!!!!!!
After breaking a front tooth on Saturday, I was able to get an appointment at noon the following Monday. Dr Finney and her staff suggested a temporary bridge & made preparation for one which I received on Thursday. I chose an implant so dr. Finney 's staff got me an appointment with Dr. Warden an oral surgeon. Dr. Warden is wonderful & has already pulled the part of tooth that was left & did the graph needed for the implant. Job well done Dr. finney!!! Thank you.
Very professional and caring team of professionals. I was treated with respect and compassion. I would highly recommend Dr. Finney and the team at Creative Smiles for your dental needs!
Excellent as always
Outstanding! I went in to clean my teeth and that is what they did. Like other offices, they did not try to take more x-rays just to soak my insurance or sell me something that I did not need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
They took great care of me and my needs, and were very good at communicating with me and each other to give me the best visit possible.
Yes Dr. Emily Finney is awesome very personal and get the job done as pain free as possible. Her staff pay very close to attention to details. Since moving to M-boro TN this has been my greatest dental experience today.
Everything was professional. I have long been afraid of dentists as a result on some bad experiences when I was a child. Creative Smiles changed all that.
Very enjoyable time and quick cleaning.
Looking for a new dentist can be a lot of work. You have to search your area for all dentists and find out if they are taking new patients. Then you have to call to see if they take your insurance, given them what can seem like truckloads of information, set an appointment, wait for what can seem like an eternity, and finally visit the office. Then, after all that work on your part, sometimes you get there and they screw up even the simplest tasks such as keeping your records private or even telling you if they canceled your appointment. At Creative Smiles, Dr. Finney and her team is prepared for success. Their entire location is modernly styled and and immaculately clean. The staff have nice teeth, good manners, and they work with a completely computerized system covering the entire process from patient records to insurance estimates and job quotes. If you should require more than a simple cleaning, they also have several up to date operating areas. While no one likes someone using power tools in their mouth, the setup at Creative Smiles allows you to transport yourself to another state of mind while the work is being done. I would recommend that you bring your headphones or earbuds, and to ask for a pair of the dark glasses they have available. Finally, as the cherry on top, if you're a big guy and you're used to always feeling a little bit of pain no matter how much numbing agent your last dentist shot into you, Creative Smiles has Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) available that'll definitely help take the edge off. Dr. Finney and the team at Creative Smiles have done an amazing job for me over the years and I have already recommended her to family and friends that asked my opinion, and now I recommend her to you. One thing to note: The Creatives Smiles team is professional and they take patient care seriously. So during your first visit they'll do a comprehensive review of your oral equipment, highlighting problem areas and taking an inside look at your teeth. They are very into preventative care and will probably recommend more treatment than you think you may need, but that doesn't mean all of it is mission critical. They're just trying to prevent current problems from getting worse so they flag anything that could be a problem within the next few years. When I visited them for the first time, I thought they were trying to frontload me with treatment just to make extra money. I had gone in for a cleaning and their review showed that I needed (approximately) 4 crowns and something like 18 cavities filled. I knew I needed 2 crowns and maybe had a few cavities, but double the number of crowns and 18 cavities? There was no way. After taking time and effort to better understand the situation, I worked out that 2 crowns were new (that I already knew I needed) and the other 2 were replacements on old caps that were over 10 years old and had deteriorated, and half of the 18 cavities they said that I needed to fill were just little indention - like a golf divot on my tooth - that needed to be filled so that they were flush with the surrounding tooth and no longer a place where bacteria could congregate, so a cavity would be less likely to form. As I said, they have a predisposition for preventative care; it's not a bad thing, just don't be shocked when their inspection is more thorough than your last dentist. PS - No, I'm not a professional shill; I was in no way compensated for this review. I'm simply a patient of Dr. Finney and I want to help give other people the opportunity to be served with the same great attitude and treatment I've received from an amazing dentist and her team.
I've never had a good experience at a dentist and I had no problems with Dr. Finney and her staff. X-rays have always been a problem for me and they accommodated me easily, I greatly appreciated it. So glad I found a dentist I can trust!
Very pleased
