I'm so impressed with this dentist, and his office. I've lived in Arizona for over 14 years, and I didn't realize what a vast difference there could be between dentists. Dr. Heap is thorough, conscientious, and extremely knowledgeable.
He fixed my daughter's tooth that our former dentist attempted 3 times...front tooth filling.

Dr. Heap is truly the best dentist i have encountered! If i can give him 10 stars i would. You can tell how passionate he is about healthy teeth by the way he explains things so well to the point where i feel compelled to apply his wisdom and take care of myself before it's too late! He even took the time to call and leave a voice message after i got fillings to see how i was doing. Flawless in every aspect.. and this is not an exaggeration! Thank you for a wonderful experience every time i visit :)

From his committed staff to loyal patients, the people he serves bring reward to his work as a dentist in the Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Arizona, area. He loves helping people feel comfortable with their dental experiences and providing them with the best care possible. Dr. Heap graduated from the School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, San Francisco, California in 1978. Dr. Heap has been certified with the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies since 1998 and has his certificate with the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Heap also specializes in Oral Sedation and Biomimetic Dentistry.

I was very pleased with my visit. It was a very pleasant experience. I was skeptical about the perfect scores, but as far as my first visit was concerned this office (staff) earned them.Everyone from reception to the assistant to the dentist was really great. The office has a very calming energy.

The staff are unfailing kind and professional. The office is very clean, luxerious and comfortable. It has a bit of a luxery "spa" feel. I'm never kept waiting and I feel like my time and opinions are highly valued. I feel like I'm among friends. The staff is very knowledgable and I feel like my priority (keeping my teeth in excellent condition) is their priority, as well.
