I have a long history of neglecting my dental needs due to "bad" experiences in dental practices. Dr. Mehler was both professional while being warm, empathetic and compassionate. His staff are 10's across the board. He managed my visit to my complete satisfaction and I have committed to recommended follow up.

After dealing with a newer dentist for the past five years, I was looking for a Dr who was experienced and personable, so I went on Zocdoc to read reviews before booking an appointment. Dr.Mehler and his staff did not disappoint. I went in as a new patient for emergency care, and was treated right away. He and his staff took great care of me, and I will be returning in the future for care.

we saw this doctor about 6 days ago, and just for one simple extraction, the entire her mouth(my wife) is full of blister,and infected and i told the doctor that she is very sensitive and never had an extraction before.
while he was doing the extraction, the extraction tool was hitting to her mouth, and caused to bleed more in spite of this he did a terrible job. i myself had extractions before, but never like this, save your money, i would never go back to him

I thought Dr. Mehler and his staff were amazing!! I have to admit, I was a little nervous trying out a new dentist, but all went well. His staff was super friendly. During my visit one of his staff helped calm my nerves. She took the time to converse with me until I was ready for my procedure. The wait time was amazing, they took me right away. Dr. Mehler was very knowledgeable. He educated me on my procedure and told me what to except. When reviewing my x-rays, I felt like I was sitting in class, He went over everything in a manner that I understood. All the equipment that was used during my procedure was sterilized and straight from the package. Not a bad experience at all. AMAZING!!

Structurally, the office environment was very acceptable, exterior as well as interior. The dentist, Dr Mehler, was very pleasant and so was the assistant who took care of me. Even the receptionist was nice and I say this because I have met so many who aren't, perhaps those who are tired of the job and the (bothersome?) patients.
Dr Mehler was trained at a very reputable Dental School (New York University) and I checked this out before making the initial appointment and obviously he has kept up to date with procedures, standards, ethics, etc.
Another reason I selected Dr Mehler as my Dentist is this: the office staff is racially and ethnically diverse. I prefer that. Dr Mehler himself happens to be white.
I highly recommend Dr Eric Mehler's dental office.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Mehler. After receiving a short, but stern lecture about prioritizing regular dental visits, Dr. Mehler quickly resolved my dental emergency. I was in severe pain which subsided as soon as the procedure was over. I wouldn't say that he was the most gentle dentist that I've been to, but he was quick and he did take the time to explain everything thoroughly. The office staff were very friendly, professional and courteous.

Very informative on my condition/dental health. Uses digital xray equipment (less radiation). Dr. Mehler used HD screens to show every angle of my teeth & gums and really took the time to discuss with me. Probably one of the more enjoyable experiences at the dentist. The hygienists were actually booked by the time I was done with my xray, but Dr. Mehler jumped right in and did my cleaning personally. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Doctor Mehler was very professional, I waited less than 5 minutes before my appointment. I usually dislike going to the dentist, but he made sure all the treatments he did were painless. He is very friendly and so are all the other people working there. I will definitely be going back anytime I need. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

He really is great. He didn't mind that my children had to come with me to the appointment and he took care of my problem. What was done was a temporary solution, but he understood the importance of having a temp fix until the real solution could be done. He works quickly and is easy to get an appt with. His staff members are wonderful.
