Dr. Penn was born and raised in Queens, NY. She is a graduate of Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
She completed a one year General Practice Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/ Queens Hospital. Dr. Penn was then accepted to the Veteran Administration Medical Center for her prosthodontic training.
After receiving her Prosthodontic certificate, she stayed at the V.A. for a second specialty degree in Maxillo-facial Prosthetics. The program offered her advanced training and clinical expertise in all aspects of full mouth rehabilitation while mastering the art of complex prosthodontic care.
Dr. Penn has been practicing Prosthodontics in Queens, NY, for 25 years restoring form and function while bringing expert dental artistry to the patients she has grown to love. She is the author of two peer reviewed articles published in the International Journal of Prosthodontics relating to dental materials and removable prosthodontics.
