Dr Khang and his staff are great! I recommend him to all of my friends living in the Cambridge area.
Basically no wait time even though the office was pretty full, great availability based on my schedule, and kind and knowledge staff.

The dental hygienist was very friendly, but it seemed like he and Dr. Khang were not always great at communicating. Dr. Khang was very professional and pointed out all the places where I need to pay extra attention to prevent future cavities.

Did not even introduce himself nor make me aware of an apparent cavity that I have to come back and fill. Just scribbled it on a piece of paper for front desk to tell me who also couldn't care less about the huge lack of bedside manner. Would not recommend going to Dr. Khang if communication with your doctor is important to you.

The office staff were very nice and the clinic was clean and well organized. The MA who greeted me was friendly and efficiently did my X-rays. I didn't have to fill out paper work for long because they received my info from ZocDoc. After my X-rays were done the dentist came in, said hello and reviewed my X-rays. He was muttering to himself but did say a few things that he saw to me. Before starting with the cleaning he told me it was going to be aggressive and when I asked if it was going to hurt he said it depends on how sensitive I am. He then wordlessly did my entire cleaning. I am sure he did a wonderful job with my teeth. I think for people who are not babies about going to the dentist he would be just fine and the efficiency is wonderful. I am personally a baby and was very overwhelmed with not knowing what was going to happen and how aggressive everything felt (I cried at some point during the cleaning, not because of how painful it was but mostly because I was scared). I think I would go to him again I will just need to have a friend give me the emotional support I need. If you need a dentist who talks to you for a while and tries to make the whole ordeal less terrifying this is not your man. If you are strong and have no phobias related to dentists I am sure he would be great.

I was getting fitted for a night guard to help with my teeth grinding. The appointment itself was super quick and efficient. The technician doing the fitting was great. I thought it was weird that the dentist never talked to me about it, like about whether I really needed it or even what exactly the guard would do, they just went and made it. I guess I'll need to wait and see how it works.

I was recommended to go to Eugene K. Khang by 2 of my friends who go to him for their dentist. I would recommend him. The office is nice, clean and seem to be pretty modern. There was no wait at all and Eugene and the rest of the team were all very friendly and nice. I had a great experience.
