Dr. Shine-Franco is very kind! I think she sensed how nervous I was and tried her best to make sure that I was relaxed. The whole staff is pretty kind as well, constantly asking if I was okay during the procedures. I arrived at the office very early for both of my visits. The first time I went, I was seen almost immediately after filling out the necessary documents. The second time, I had to wait quite a while but my appointment time was still met and I was out in about 25 minutes. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Shine-Franco!

Dr. Evelyn Shine received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at New York University and her doctorate of dental surgery at New York University College of Dentistry. She then continued her dental training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn New York where she received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, pain and anxiety control, treatment of medically complex patients, special needs patients and in-patient care.
Dr. Shine is certified in both Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support through the American Heart Association. She has also received extensive training at the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and is multilingual in Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish, and English. Dr. Shine believes in a very gentle caring approach. She is constantly researching new clinical techniques and technology as well as patient management skills to insure every patient gets the best gentle care in a very comfortable environment.

She is very patient, she checks with you during the procedure making sure you're ok she explains what's going on to you clearly & the environment is clean & the staff is professional making my dental experience with them a great one

Long wait time... Shine-Franco was very nice and answered any questions I had asked... The cleaning done by the dental hygienist felt rushed and not thorough, not sure if it was because my teeth were in pretty good shape or maybe she just wanted to get me done quickly.

Very friendly front desk staff. Manager explained to me how my insurance worked which was great. Dr.Shine was very knowledgeable and explained even the smallest detail. I had some cavities filled and my cleaning done. Everyone was so nice and gentle. I've definitely found my new dentist. I'm excited to come back with my family next time. :)
