Desk staff could be better, the person picking up the phone should be able to answer basic scheduling questions, and the manager could be more empathetic.
Also never got call back to last appointment call request to adjust my mouth guard. Dr. Lynch is very good

Dr. Fabian Byer earned his dental degree from SUNY @ Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, N.Y. Post graduation, he completed a general practice residency at Buffalo General Hospital.
Originally from Barbados, his passion for dentistry was ignited at a young age as he watched a loved one endure the challenges of living without teeth and being unable to afford dental care. The first of his immediate family to graduate from high school, he left his home at 19 years old to further his education here in America.
He enjoys teaching and was a clinical instructor at his dental school before moving to the Atlanta area. Dr. Byer has served as a general dentist to a diverse population, including the developmentally challenged, children, military personnel, uninsured immigrants and nursing home residents. He loves getting to know people from all cultures and backgrounds. His core values include honesty, compassion, integrity, discipline and humility.
One of his primary goals is to educate patients about the value of a healthy and stable oral cavity. This can profoundly affect our self-esteem, confidence, and overall quality of life.

He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and pet Pekingese and is committed to his personal growth and development journey, striving to be the best version of himself.
