About Dr. Chad Drew Harris
Dr. Chad Drew Harris was accepted into the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2019.
Dr. Harris knew early in high school that he wanted to be a dentist because the unique blend of art and science in dentistry appealed to him. Years later, he is grateful for this decision; from the initial patient consultation to the final look in the hand mirror, Dr. Harris loves being the rehabilitating catalyst in a patient's smile journey.
In his spare time, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with his family, watching anime, and reading. He joins the Sage Dental team with significant general dentistry experience and a passion for his profession.

I don't plan to go back and wish I had done more research on Sage dental prior to booking an appointment. I booked for my routine cleaning and exam. The dentist that I scheduled on here was not the provider I saw. I left with only doing x-rays, no cleaning done, excessive suggestions for another appointment and more confused than ever. My appointment felt all over the place and the x-rays done were actually painful.
After reading reviews specifically on Sage Dental, I see that many others have had similar issues.

I chose this office from reading the reviews before hand and was not disappointed! Staff was super interactive and explained everything in lots of detail including price and why certain plans would be beneficial. Every step of the visit was explained and they always checked in to make sure I was okay! I only really saw the dentist himself for less than 5 minutes, but the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful and made my visit worth it!

My visits to this office have been utterly unproductive. There has been a lack of follow-up and an extremely poor patient experience. Dr. Chad chose to inform me during my office visit that he would not perform the procedure because I had voiced concerns about their follow-up. Despite having emailed the office twice and leaving voice messages requesting a return call to schedule the procedure, I was told only when I was in the chair that he refused to proceed. This was highly unprofessional.

Dr. Chad was phenomena and very professional. He addressed every question or concern I may have had. Offered various treatments that would be best for me. The experience felt so very real with concern for my well-being. I could go on and on, not enough time in a day. This also especially includes his team of staff that assist him in the various positions they work. All of them 100 percent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any person(s) needing dental care.

So happy I found this dentist office and so happy I found Dr. Chad. He was very thorough, non-judgmental, and answered any all questions I had in full detail leaving nothing to wonder.
This environment at this office is comfortable and inviting. I was super nervous since it's been ages going to the dentist. No one made me feel ashamed of that and was more than happy to help me understand the care I would need going forward. 10/10 recommended.

The front desk staff was amazing! But when you make an appointment at 11am you expect to be seen at the time. I left at 11:45 after they told me it was a little behind. 15-20 mins is understandable but 45 min??? That’s crazy.what is the reason for appointments?

As a person who has a slight phobia of the dentist, I will say the staff from receptionist to hygienist were warm and welcoming at this location. Any question I had was answered thoroughly and my hygienist made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning procedure.

I had such a wonderful visit at Sage Dental today. From the registration process that was conveniently done virtually, to the efficient communication (texts/emails) leading up to my appointment, the cleanliness/beautiful condition of the office, my consultation/oral screening, the personable personnel that grace the office, all the way leading to scheduling my next appointment with them. I am overly pleased with my experience, as it was quite a memorable one. I highly recommend anyone in need of oral care to visit this office.

This is the best place I have ever been to for dental work. They are kind, fast, efficient, and they explain everything quite well. Every single member of the staff greeted me and made my kid smile. They were patient, gentle, and more than willing to work with me on creating a treatment plan.
