Dr. Farnaz Falaki earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 from Mashhad Dental School, one of the top Dental schools in Iran, and subsequently completed a 4-year residency program in Oral Medicine and Pathology. For the next 10 years, she was an assistant professor of clinical dentistry and a researcher at the same school.
In addition to training and mentoring dental students, she dedicated her time to research-based dentistry. She was one of the founding members of the Oral and Maxillofacial Disease Research Center, which published more than 37 papers in prestigious accredited journals of dentistry and laser. Her research has been referenced more than 800 times by researchers around the world. She was recognized and awarded as the Best Researcher at Mashhad Dental School for 2 consecutive years.
Dr. Farnaz Falaki is Fellowship-Trained in Laser and Dentistry from RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
After immigrating to the U.S., she completed the 2-year Advanced Standing Program for International Dentists at the University of Southern California (USC).
She takes pride in offering high-quality patient care in a stress-free environment and serving her patients with all aspects of modern dentistry, including implants, smile makeover, root canal treatments, laser dentistry, etc. She is an expert in the diagnosis of oral lesions and cancer screening. Her kind, compassionate, and gentle style makes her patients feel comfortable and confident in her treatment, care, skill, and judgment.
She lives in the neighborhood, and in her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, her only son, and extended family. She enjoys a range of activities, including hiking, reading, Zumba, cooking, and traveling.

As someone who has a lot of anxiety visiting the dentist I had such a great experience with Dr. Falaki. Sandra at the front desk is so kind and knowledgable and able to answer any questions and Dr. Falaki explained her process and the reasons behind them. I felt listened to and was able to ask questions. She's very effective with her time and communicates really well about how to signal to her while she's working about your comfort and pain, I would definitely recommend her office.

Dr Falaki was fantastic - very pleasant, explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. She also spent time doing a thorough cleaning since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. I also really appreciated their flexibility as I had to leave right away for a meeting (and they arranged me for a short follow up next day). Excited to have found my new dentist.

The service was over quicker than I expected, they cleaned my teeth thoroughly, & saw me quickly. It's easy to schedule an appointment & very convenient that they already found my insurance info for me. I also liked seeing the photos of my teeth.
