The staff was friendly and polite. It took a while to be seen and a long while for my prescriptions to come through but I’m not sure if that was the pharmacy or the office. Over all the visit was not painful as I expected it might be and the dentist respected my wishes and concerns.

My experience was HORRIBLE! I left with bleeding gums just for a “teeth cleaning”. I was literally spitting blood for about 30 minutes straight. She painfully picked my gums out as water splashed ALL over my face and hair and dropped down my chin. Once that part was finished, I expected to have my actual teeth cleaned (hence the name). That did not happen. I’ve been to a dentist annually and finally tried to switch to a closer location so I know how certain things should be. She should have then cleaned my teeth with fluoride. It was overall disappointing and I was very upset leaving.

Beside the fact that I was early to my appointment and saw the doctor 30 min after my actually appointment time is not the worst part. The worst part was the image of the office lacking cleanliness and worst cleaning I have ever gotten there was no form of brush or teeth cleaner used when cleaning my teeth. Just a piece of metal to scrape my teeth which later left my teeth feeling sensitive. When I asked her if she was going to use something to clean my teeth her response was not everyone needs that. Very rushed the cleaning must have taken less than 5 min with me and when I asked her about my TMJ pain her advice was for me to look up doctor in my own and Bc it's not her speaciallty. How unhelpful no recommendations no referral nothing.Never again waste of time

I've been having awful wisdom tooth pain and chipped front tooth ! She gave me a light cleaning and some antibiotics. For the chipped tooth , let's just saw it looks like it was never broken . Job well done

I made an appointment for 10:45am. I thought I would run late so I called the office to let them know but I was only 3 minutes late. I came at 10:48. When I got there I was told the dentist doesn't come in until 11:30. I understand that the dental hygienist needs time to make arrangements for the dentist, but 45 minutes is ridiculous. She saw me for a total of 2 minutes. If the dentist isn't coming in until 11:30, then the earliest appointment should be at 11:15, not 10:45. I did not expect to waste my day off waiting at the dentist. By 11:48, exactly an hour later I still was not seen by the dentist. This was completely unprofessional, and I am upset that I have wasted a few hours of my day between traveling and waiting. You can't expect to book appointments for 10:45 and come in for 12. Never again.

I am glad I chose DDS Mounessa to be both of my daughters primary dentist! The wait was a little over 30 mins but that didn't bother me. I've had appointments at other clinics that I would need to dedicate my whole day to just to be seen. She took care of both of my girls within an hour with the best care and conversation to both me and them! Her staff also reflects the care and attention to patients as well. So glad I made this decision!

The staff was nice and the dentist was great. However the wait was way too long, my appointment was at 12:15 and I was taken into the room at 1:50. I had submitted all the paper work online and was expecting that to speed up the process.

Even though the doctor was really nice, i would not recommend this office to anyone.My appointment was at 10:45am and i wasnt seen until 12:15.When i was finally escorted to a room,i waited an additional 30 mins.When she finally arrived,she quickly greeted and started my cleaning that only lasted 5 mins.Afterwards she quickly completely an exam and quoted that i need 7 fillings.i only had 1 done at the same appointment,but afterwards i was followed by pain for two weeks.Not returning again.

Very bad service from the staff to the doctor. My original app was canceled but they never informed us, we got the info from zocdoc. When we got there the staff said the dr is on her way in, later said the dr was in traffic and then told us that the dr called and said she was looking for parking. Had us wait there for more than an hour with excuses the dr was having her staff tell us. Not very professional for a dr to act like this. I only choose this dr from reviews posted prior from other pt,s, they were the lucky ones.

I really feel bad for having to say this but im pretty unhappy with what's been going on with this dentist. I have no idea what the situation is but she has cancelled my appointments three times already with no valid reasons why. When I did get dental work done from her i still felt discomfort even weeks after the job was done. I don't know what caused these discomforts but I'm sure that's not normal. The staff are very nice people but I don't know why they keep canceling my appointments and the last time they cancelled, if I hadn't called to confirm I would've shown up with no dentist around. I'm truly disappointed by this experience and I'm already a nervous patient getting dental work done. Smh

While Dr. Flores was very nice and amenable the wait was too long - about 40 to 50 mins and she was kind of brutal with the cleaning, I've never bled so much from a cleaning, my teeth were sensitive and ached for hours and I got blood spatters on my dress. Also parking is very hard to find in that neighborhood.
