I saw him very briefly to discuss what was needed in the future. He was straight to the point and then moved on, which I appreciated as I’m not a fan of dentist visits in the first place. At no point was he rude or dismissive. The lady that treated me was absolutely kind and explained everything in details.

I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 5 years there was a lot of build up on my teeth there were very yellow. My teeth are whiter now then they've ever been I'm so happy.

The Dr and hygienist that took care of me was very nice. But there office is super unorganized, & equipment is wearing down. Secretary give you a lot of attitude. Also filled out forms on Zocdoc, had to refill forms there and they acted like they had never heard of people filling forms online.

Office: Very old and outdated. I had a hard time finding the actual facility. Once inside it just doesn’t feel too impressive.
Doctor: Barely spoke with him and his cleaning was very lackluster. It’s like he didn’t even try! Would not come back.
Only thing good was the goodie bag they gave you with a toothbrush and toothpaste + mini floss.

The office took care of me quickly and a nurse came to pick me up before I could finish the paperwork! She was very sweet and Dr. Barra was also wonderful to work with. He finished my cleaning and there was minimal discomfort

There is a big difference between how a lot of doctors work to just make you pay more without any visible reason, while Dr. Francis Barra doing just great work, and taking time with attention and professionalism for having a great result!
