I have been a patient of Polished Dental Studio for a little over a year and a half with Dr. Frank Cincione being my primary orthodontist for half of that time.
Dr. Frank Cincione has been a great addition to the team. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions that I may have. Any time I visit to get my new Invisalign retainers I feel completely comfortable because I know Dr. Frank Cincione will flag anything I need to be made aware of before leaving.
Overall I have loved my time at Polished Dental Studio. The entire staff is so friendly and also willing to flexible if things arise. The main thing that makes Polished Dental Studio stand out for me is that they remember me everything I visit even if it has been a month or two since my last appointment.

DR CINCIONE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FUNNY! I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THE OFFICE.

I went in for an orthodontic consultation. I was asked to wash my hands and wear sanitized crocs before heading into appointment to get Xrays done. I had a lot of questions regarding my options and felt that I got answers on the spot. I was provided financial estimates for all of my options at the end. I did go to other orthodontists for a second opinion about my treatment.

It was fine. They make you change into crocs and wash your hands prior to going back which made me feel comfortable but then the room itself was kinda gross. Dr. Cincione was awkward and struggled to use the computer. Laughed at me when I asked for a specific treatment which makes me wonder if he is incapable of providing that service (it’s definitely do-able by an experienced/ modern orthodontist). He looks close to retirement age but recently started at the office(?) so if you’re looking for someone who can do a basic service (simple braces or Invisalign) he may be a good fit. Not great bedside manner, but good enough to likely get the job done. Won’t be going back.

I saw Dr. Cincione for an assessment of my malocclusion, with the thought that I would need conventional braces or invisalign. He was professional, to the point, and got me in and out quickly. It was very convenient to be able to see an orthodontist on a Saturday morning as well. I would recommend Dr. Cincione!

I went in for a free Orthodontic consultation. Dr. Frank Cincione was super friendly, but yet very honest with me. I was told by a different provider that I would need to get jaw surgery due to my over bite and locked jaw issues. Dr. Cincione was open and honest with me about the seriousness of jaw surgery and explained the type of care he felt I required. After providing me with his thoughts he urged me to seek other opinions which I did and they also agreed with his claims so I'm very thankful that I decided to come here! I'm excited to go back and continue my care him!
