Dr. Zerafat was great in the consultation and I really appreciated him giving me the cost up front so I could decide what I wanted to right away and what we needed to save for later. He and his team were caring, gentle, and took care of me so well even though it had been almost three years since my last dental appointment. I am so happy to have found Dr. Zerafat and his team.

I would recommend Fraydoon Zerafat's office to anyone. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. My wait time was right away. The dr was awesome and filled two cavities and had a deep cleaning all out of therein less than an hour. Already got my girlfriend to go to this office.

Quack! Stay away from him. Hands in Vicodin like candies and tries to sell them with his horrible assistants. I went to him because I couldn't get any other appointments.

My tooth hurt so bad that I went to see Dr. Zerafat for an emergency. Front desk lady helps me get breakdown my dental insurance benefit, and based on my insurance, the estimated treatment fee was charged before doctor starts working on my tooth, which makes totally sense as other dental office that I've visited does. During root canal procedure, Dr. Zerafat informed me of additional treatment, and treatment co-ordinator came to me to get paper work done with treatment fee and forms, which makes totally sense. Everything that I experienced at his office was legitimate. I don't understand people who tried not to pay treatment fee, called the office crazily, and wrote a nasty review because they couldn't avoid paying fee? (I overheard the conversation). Staff was amazing as other reviewers complimented. I strongly recommend Dr. Zerafat and his staff to people who need dental treatment.

I had emergency root canal today with Dr. Zerafat. The service was good. He explained to me the problem with my cavity into the nerve and he showed me on x-ray what was wrong with it. so he recommended to do root canal and that gets me off of pain.staff were great. Room was very clean and everything else looked strelized to me. Front desk helped me with my insurance and i knew how much I have to pay before they start the work on my tooth. I highly recommend this office to my friends. No more pain..yehhhhhhhh .

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT go to this dentist!!!!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff ever. They will charge you before they even finish the dental work for the visit. They'll stop in the middle of the root canal to charge you again if they see that more work needs to be done. I had dental insurance, and everything was legit, but Zerafat was more concerned about getting paid 15 minutes into the root canal, then about the patient. Good luck to you sir. Hope more people leave the reviews about your unprofessionalism. Never again!!!!

I visited this office because of severe pain in my tooth with bleeding gum. Dr. Zerafat performed deep cleaning and relieved my pain. He was very professional, and cleaning was totally fine. I appreciate his help and time over the weekend with a financial help! I strongly recommend Dr. Zerefat!!!
