Dr. Knoll has been training dentists in Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics for almost two decades. He was formally on the staff of Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine where he instructed both pre doctoral students (students who when they finished would be dentists), and post doctoral students (dentists who will become specialists, or who are taking additional training). Dr. Knoll is currently the director of Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Florida School of Dental Medicine’s two year post graduate training program located here in Miami Dade County (Hialeah). Dr. Knoll has also presented, and continues to present programs to other practicing dentists throughout the United States and abroad.
